• This project is a complete remodel of two residence halls on the College of Idaho campus - Simplot and Hayman Halls

• All windows were replaced with high efficiency glazing

• Interior finishes were modernized

• HVAC and electrical systems were upgraded for greater efficiency

• Restrooms and entries were modified to improve accessibility
