• Phase 1 of this project provides space for student activities, traffic flow and a central food service and lunch room facility.  

• The project includes 25,000 square feet of new construction and approximately 38,000 square feet of remodeled area.  

• New plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems were installed along with a new roof for the existing building.
