Barbara
Morgan Elementary School was opened to
students and patrons of the
McCall-Donnelly Joint School District
in August of 2008.
The
Board of Trustees made the decision
to set
aside more than 10% of the projected
construction budget specifically for
“green” and high performance
items.
This results in an
elementary school that provides the
best possible environment for both
teaching and learning.
